Reporting to the Project Director, the Construction Manager will perform their duties as a member of the NewRange management team and is accountable for successful delivery of both pre-construction and construction scopes in accordance with the agreed execution strategy and construction management plan.
Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the Cost Control Lead will serve as a resource for implementing project controls methods, procedures, and systems on the project in order to control engineering and set up for eventual construction activities.
The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Specialist, reporting to the Geoscience Lead, is responsible for driving GIS and geospatial data management at NewRange Copper Nickel. The role includes engaging across the breadth of the NewRange team to design, implement and maintain efficient and robust data and information management solutions across the project (2D, 3D and 4D geoscience, geophysical, mining, processing, tailings, rock waste, environmental, community, hydrology and hydrogeology, cultural and heritage including archaeological, infrastructure, facilities, financial and administrative, general survey, and real-time information) and to generate geospatial products and maps. There is a strong preference for the candidate to be based in northeastern Minnesota.
Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Manager guides and manages Human Resources services, policies and programs for NewRange in all human resources related functions.
Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Controls Manager will perform their duties as a member of the NewRange project team and is accountable for creating value and mitigating risks associated with work scopes in NewRange’s portfolio. The Project Control Manager is accountable for directing project controls activities and their effective implementation to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
The Project Director will perform their duties as a member of the NewRange management team and is accountable to the Management Committee for the successful delivery of the project to the key success factors aligned to the project business case, including health and safety, environmental compliance, schedule, cost and quality. The role is based in northeastern Minnesota will report to the General Manager of NewRange.
The Mesaba Project Manager will be a key member of the NewRange management team accountable to the NewRange General Manager and Management Committee for the successful advance of the Mesaba Project addressing key factors critical to the planned path-to-value business case for the Mesaba Project, including health and safety, planning, resourcing, preliminary design and engineering, environmental compliance, schedule, cost, and quality. The successful candidate will be based in northeastern Minnesota and will report to the General Manager of NewRange.
Reporting to the Safety Director, the Safety Coordinator is responsible for providing support on the development and management of NewRange H&S programs to ensure operational compliance to safety standards, and risk mitigation in order to promote a safety focused culture.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Safety Director is responsible for ensuring the effective design and implementation of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) programs within the scope of NewRange business activities. The incumbent works directly with NewRange Directors, Engineering, and Construction Managers to ensure implementation of systems are consistent with business partner expectations.
Reporting to the Business and Finance Director, the Senior Accountant is responsible for providing support to the finance and accounting of NewRange to ensure operational compliance to accounting standards, and risk mitigation in accordance with international financial, accounting, and reporting principals.
