Reporting to the NewRange Social, Environmental and Regulatory Affairs (SERA) Director and working closely with the Communications Director and Tribal Liaison, the Manager of Community Affairs will be based in Northern Minnesota and is responsible for social management activities carried out by a multi-disciplinary consulting and project team, supporting social baseline data collection and analysis, social risk identification and management, community investment, and leading community of interest (COI) engagement in support of all activities related to NewRange.
The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Specialist, reporting to the Geoscience Lead, is responsible for driving GIS and geospatial data management at NewRange Copper Nickel. The role includes engaging across the breadth of the NewRange team to design, implement and maintain efficient and robust data and information management solutions across the project (2D, 3D and 4D geoscience, geophysical, mining, processing, tailings, rock waste, environmental, community, hydrology and hydrogeology, cultural and heritage including archaeological, infrastructure, facilities, financial and administrative, general survey, and real-time information) and to generate geospatial products and maps. There is a strong preference for the candidate to be based in northeastern Minnesota.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Millwright will play a key role in repairing and maintaining site structures and equipment across the NewRange site.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Electrician will play a key role in maintaining the electrical systems on a wide range of equipment in the shop, field, or processing plant at the NewRange site.
Reporting to the Project Group, the Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and driving multiple projects. As the main point of contact for all information, the Project Coordinator will work with a range of customers in NewRange and our partners.
The Project Director will perform their duties as a member of the NewRange management team and is accountable to the Management Committee for the successful delivery of the project to the key success factors aligned to the project business case, including health and safety, environmental compliance, schedule, cost and quality. The role is based in northeastern Minnesota will report to the General Manager of NewRange.
Reporting to the Technical Manager with strong ties to the Engineering Manager, the Project / Process Engineer / Metallurgist is responsible for leading or supporting metallurgical testing, engineering studies, flowsheet development, equipment selection, and managing small site-based projects. The incumbent will make technical contributions to various projects with a particular focus on mineral processing (comminution, flotation and solid-liquid separation).

Reporting to the Safety Director, the Safety Coordinator is responsible for providing support on the development and management of NewRange H&S programs to ensure operational compliance to safety standards, and risk mitigation in order to promote a safety focused culture.
Reporting to the General Manager as a part of the Social, Environmental and Regulatory Affairs (SERA) group, the Tribal Liaison will perform their duties as a member of the NewRange management team and will be accountable for the implementation of tribal engagement and cultural awareness initiatives.
